Instructions for downloading and viewing the documents

Step 1: Download the file
 1. Click the Download the Documents button.
 2. When prompted by your browser, choose Save File.
 3. Wait for the download to complete (between x and xx minutes depending on your download speed).

Step 2: Locate the downloaded file
 1. Open the Downloads folder on your computer.
 2. Locate the file you just downloaded.

Step 3: Extract the contents of the ZIP file
For Windows
 1. Right-click the ZIP file.
 2. Select Extract All….
 3. Click Extract.
For Mac
 1. Double-click the ZIP file.
 2. A new folder containing the documents will be created automatically.

Step 4: View the documents
 1. Open the folder that was created during extraction.
 2. Double-click the Pronovost file.
 3. The index page will open, and you will be able to navigate through the document using the links and bookmarks.
